Investment and Support at Entrepreneur App Academy
Joining the Entrepreneur App Academy is not just about learning how to develop apps—it’s about turning your app into a viable business. Here’s how we support you through this journey:
MVP Development and Costs
- Build Your MVP: Once accepted into the Academy, you’ll engage in building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that embodies your app idea. This phase is crucial for testing, refining, and preparing your app for real-world application.
- Investment in Your Success: Your tuition includes the resources and support needed to develop your MVP. This encompasses expert mentoring, access to technical tools, and integration into our Keteke One Platform to expedite the development process.
Seeding Investment
- Pitch to Investors: After developing your MVP, you will have the opportunity to pitch it to a panel of investors. This is your chance to showcase the potential of your app and the business model behind it.
- Funding Opportunities: If your pitch and the feedback from investors are positive, we are prepared to back the most promising projects. In most cases, we offer seeding investments in exchange for a 10% stake in the new business. This funding is aimed at helping you launch and scale your venture effectively.
Intellectual Property and Resources
- Ownership of Code: All code developed for your product during your time at the academy will be copyrighted to your new business, ensuring that you retain full ownership of your intellectual efforts.
- Open Source and Proprietary Software: While you own the specific code created for your app, our program also provides access to the Keteke One Platform—our common framework that supports SaaS-based products. This platform is designed to shorten the development cycle significantly, using both open-source components and proprietary elements where necessary.
Benefits of the Keteke One Platform
- Accelerated Development: Leverage pre-built modules and a robust codebase that facilitate faster development and deployment of your app.
- Reduced Costs: Minimize the overhead associated with software development by using our tested and proven frameworks.
- Community and Support: Gain from continuous updates and a community of developers who are also using the Keteke One Platform, allowing for shared learning and troubleshooting.
